Keto Chia Pudding is a Simple Keto Snack that can be made with only 3 Ingredients and 2 Easy Steps!


How This Recipe Came to Be


Once upon a time there were three bears. We all know how the rest of the story goes. But these bears were just a little different in their quest, for it wasn't porridge they craved, it was a delicious 3 ingredient Keto Chia Pudding that anytime of the day or night,

Was Just Right!!



Make this Keto Chia Pudding the evening before and put it in the refrigerator to have ready in the morning for a quick breakfast or an on the go snack. I also use it to thicken up my smoothies or top it with a small amount of fruit for an extra treat.


Ingredients:

  • 3 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds

  • 1 cup of Flaxseed, Almond or Coconut Milk

  • 1 Tablespoon of Allulose or Monkfruit Sweetener

  • Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries or Strawberries (Optional)



Step 1: Let’s Get Started


Just dump all of the ingredients into a resealable container and stir well. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight. That's it!



Step 2: Let’s Finish Up


When the Keto Chia Pudding is done, spoon into a glass and top with fruit if desired or eat it right out of the container.
