Keto Mini Stuffed Pizza Poppers

Sweet Mini Peppers Stuffed With Mozzarella and Cream Cheese, Pepperoni, Hard Salami, Garlic and Chives.




Ingredients:


1 lb of Mini Peppers

8 ounces of Softened Cream Cheese

5 ounces of shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1 ounce of Pepperoni

1 ounce of Hard Salami

1 tablespoon of Minced Garlic

1 tablespoon of Dried Chives


Step 1: Let's Get Started


  1. Dice the Pepperoni And Salami into small pieces



2. Put all of the ingredients together in a bowl


3. Stir all of the ingredients together until well mixed.

4. Put all of the ingredients into the microwave for 30 second intervals to melt the Mozzarella cheese to ease mixing. Set aside



5. Cut in half and hollow out the Mini Peppers



6. Stuff the Mini Peppers with the cheese mixture and place on a racked baking pan or foil lined cookie sheet



Step 7: Let's Get Cooking


7. Place the Mini Peppers into a 375 degree oven and bake for 15-20 minutes

8. After initial cook place the peppers under the broiler until the cheese is brown and bubbly
